Sudden Rise in blood sugar!!

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Respected doctor's My mom and dad's pasting blood sugar is normal 90-110 but after food the sugar levels increasing rapidly.They are regularly taking Aashirvad Atta @night and morning.Will these atta increase the blood sugar after food?? Please reply For your kind information my dad is non diabetic.why is this sudden increase in blood sugar after breakfast
