I m a diabetic since 2015 . My current sugar level is : Fasting- 342 , Pp. - 457. How can I gain weight ?

You need to start treatment for your blood sugar. Once ur sugar is controlled u will gain weight. Insulin allows the sugar from food to enter the cells or else the sugar from food just goes out in ur urine.
