Fasting sugar level is high than after
My husband started medication two days back and he takes only in the night after dinner , i tested fasting sugar it was 186 and after 2hrs breakfast it was 144. Why his fasting sugar is higher than after 2 hrs breakfast sugar. I am really worried, is it very serious thing,he is just 33 years old. Kindly guide me.

What is his weight, Cut down carbohydrates intake . And sugar and sweets. Morning and evening walking requires. Or meet diabetologist

Repeat the fasting glucose sugar test again. Kindly share the previous HbA1C report if you have . It shows average sugar level of previous 3 months.
