Is it common to have a little water in lungs and dry cough after 3 months of angioplasty on cad ? Will heart take 6 months to recover from stent placement?

Dear Doctor recently I have done echo my my age is 29 and found milf left atrial enlargement 4.09 and mild pulmonary hypertension is it serious?

I had left chest pain and discomfort along with left shoulder pain at mid night around 2AM today. Visited hospital immediately and they did ECG and BP check and both are normal . Duty doctor told me that it is due to GAS and gave an injunction and recommended a syrup to take it before every meal. After taking the injunction, felt little better but after returning home I was feeling left chest discomfort and left shoulder pain again. Is it really due to gas? Or something else? If ECG and BP are normal, can we consider that there is no issue with heart functionality? Please suggest !! Thanks

My resting heart beat is (55-60)..last month i have done my ecg and eco both are normal.. recently I've modified my diet to reduce weight Regularly i do brisk walking for 30-40 min at that time heart rate reach 130-135 even on normal walking it reach 75-80 but when i resting it goes down to that 57-61 range..im taking magnesium supplement..my bp is arround 120/75..it normal?

Iam using olmezest h20 tab for hypertension, my bp reading shows like 135/85 maximum but iam took bp reading everyday 3 Times. Is it Right or wrong frequent bp readings every day. How often checks readings . My reading shows normal or not , or change my medication if required . Pls suggest. Regards.

I'm experiencing chest pain for past 10 -15 days. It's was mild. I'm having anxiety disorder. Took ECHO,ECG las week and TMT 3 months back and troponin 6 months back which is normal. Due anxiety My BP was high during 2020 .But now it's normal. Frequent burping experiencing. Please suggest what will be the cause of chest pain. How to overcome from it.

Hi doctor i am male of 27 years old 6 months gaon i underwent lipid and lft test GGT was high sgpt high, Ldl high doctor asked for hscrp and Lp(a) both was high hscrp was 6 and Lp(a) more than 100, doctor did ecg which came normal and TMT/stress echo which came normal and asked me to take statins for 3 months, i took statins for 2 week then left taking them, now presently i am feeling indigestion and pain in chest centre randomly and while swallowing from chest to throat towards left shoulder blase and arm pit, 4 days ago i did ecg came normal but my BP and Heart rate was high, bp 150/108 and Pulse rate 132, i am paranoid what is this problem as i drink and smoke daily from last 3 gears also my family has strong history of heart problem, can you sugggest is my symptoms related to heart? As my TMT was normal 6 months ago and as i heard it is valid for 3 years.

Hi, I got my lipid profile tested on 15th dec and got following result- Triglycerides- 251.20 LDL- 108.35 HDL- 41.44 VLDL- 50.24 Non HDL- 139.08 Total cholesterol/HDL ratio - 4.36 LDL/HDL ratio- 2.61 I feel heaviness in heart sometimes and  pinching sensation in heart. Please suggest if i should start taking any medicine?
