I am having heart palpitations and i am very tired all day I am very worried about it My ecg,2d echo and tmt test are normal My 2d echo says distolic dysfunction,is it harmful I m very worried

Dear Doctors!! My mother 75 years is having centre chest pain since 15 days..she was prescribed last week met xl 12.5 and veloz d one every morning after checking ecg report but there is no difference in the pain. She is also taking telmikind am 80/5half tablet and rosuless c 10 every night. Kindly advice if it takes that much timeas its more than a week . Attached is the ecg test. Thank u 🙏

Yesterday I was feeling anxious as I had some palpitations. Today morning, I get my ECG done which I am unable to apprehend. I am attaching  my ECG report here, kindly check and let me know if there is any thing to worry. I am worried about my Sinus arrhythmia and QTc value seems to be at a border line after searching on internet I have a history of heart problem as my dad had passed with sudden cardiac arrest.

Hi, my father is 82 yr old. He has no symptoms of pain, no giddiness, not feeling tired. He is usually at home since 1.5 years due to covid. No walk nothing. During routine checkup, his ecg was not good. Showed abnormal beats. 2nd ecg after 2 days was normal. 2D echo showed left Aortic valve replacement. How long should we delay the operation as he shows no symptoms and he is 82 yrs. Any medicine to heal this? Any other treatment rather than open heart surgery? Please suggest.

Hello Doctor, I am on blood pressure medication Tazloc 20 in morning. But due to some reason can I replace it at bed time ? My treating doctor said it is okay to take at bed time and it's more effective also. But I am doing Cardio excercise ( Jogging / Walking ) daily in morning Min 7 km max 10 km daily.. my Jogging speed is 8 minute per KM. So I am worried that the Medication at Bed time will effect on my excercise ? Or cause harmful effects? Also ,my Pulse rate is arround 50-60 range while sleeping. So does Bp medication safe at Bed time ? ( Attaching the Data of heart rate monitor ) for your reference.

I feel uneasiness in very left side of chest.as on 13.11.21 my ecg and echo is normal.seldom I use nexito plus as per neurology advice.
