My mother is 60yrs. Her BP is usually 100/70 and HbA1C is 6.3. She faces SOB on walking after a few mins. Her echo report says "Good left ventricular systolic function with reduced diastolic compliance. No pulmonary arterial hypertension."ECG and chest Xray is normal. Is the echo report normal?

My heart Bpm is constantly hitting 80-100 while sitting idle over an hour or more. Should I be worried? How can I reduce this?

I have insulin problem. It rises immediately after eating.. after 2 hrs sugar level is going very low. I feel very hungry within 2 hrs. I have cholestrol issue also. High cholesterol. I didnt get my period from past 4 month. Having pcod problem. Can I take Corona vaccine now. I didn't even take first vaccine till now due to my health condition.

My mother has angina from last three years and she is taking medicines for it. Earlier the chest pain only occured when she used to climb up stairs but now it occurs even when she is doing household chores and she experiences frequent shortness of breath also pain starts when she walks  small distance. Last two months ago she had done TMT and Echo where dr said the reports are Ok but the fluid surrounding the heart is slight more than normal level. Does this indicate something major issue?
