Running 30 min everyday nd completing

Runing 30 min everyday without any 1 min breaks and continue zyming after running 1 hours zyming but still felling energy nd active ...sir ...everyday completing 9000 steps goal ...and after eating any thing in bf. Lunch .dinner I have one habbits I don't know its good or bad I start doing brisk.walking 20 min every time ..healthy diet maintaining no any sugar oil food intake last 4 months ...only eating boil food within little pinch salt .
