Left neck pain with high heart rate!
Hello doctors I want to ask while trekking my heart rate reach 85% of my target heart rate i.e 185 BPM and i feel slight pain in my left side of neck! Which gets better with resting! Pain is like pulsating but very mild! Is that normal? I did my blood test my cholesterol is well in range, ECG is normal with sinus tachycardia and ECHO 2D AND tmt are normal My age 26 years! Please guide!

Since TMT is normal this pain is not heart related nothing to worry

As ur ECHO and TMT is normal  -- nothing to worry-- left hand pain may be muscular--- or cervical spondylosis// posture problem----  do regular exercise
