Good afternoon , my Echo show the pulmonary arteries are normal, but the report says I have mild PHT. What does that mean?

I am having depression issues experiencing sometimes dull left chestpain sometimes middle sometimes rightchestpain is this due to heart changing heartpain locations

From last 3 year i am feeling pain near heart and left shoulder pain and back side pain , there was a mild pid in C5 C6 , i have done ECG a lots of time ECG is quite normal ,I want to know if ECG normal then ECO TMT require or not

I was sitting and randomly i could hear noises coming from my chest and stomach. This happens alot to me it stopped for a month and came back again.I dont know if its gas i check my pulse during that happens and it stops sometimes (but it could be that i can't focus on it with gurgling) It feels like stomach gurgling but in my chest.I do have pvcs (sometimes in bigeminy and couplets for once), sinus tach,GAD i have taken beta blockers in past for treating anxiety but had to stop them at some point. Is this gurgling related to my heart?it feels like my heart's hungry like how your stomach growls when you are hungry but chest makes the same sounds sometimes.Idid have acid reflux problems in the past(2yrs ago) if that helps.My throat makes sounds too.

My wife has taken mistakenly a whole sorbitrate tablet.She is scared.Can she take pressure medicines tomorrow (As she is hypertensive and her bp is well controlled after taking medicines to control high bp) ?She is also taking azithromycin as she is suffering from cold and headache.Can she take both azithromycin and pressure medicines (Stamlo 10 and Aten 50)?

I have a heart rate of around 96 that rises upto 120 on walking. I don't have any other symptoms. I had thyroid, ecg and echo done and all were normal. Only think was sinus tachycardia in ecg. I had mild covid in April last year. Do I need to be worried or will heart rate become normal with time.

My father got PTCA done to LAD on last week. Since last 2-3 days, he is not getting sound sleep and having severe pain in his right knee with light swelling. He is feeling pain while any joint movement in that leg. Earlier, in such situation, he used to take Calcium pills along with some ointment on knee. But now, we are not sure if we can take calcium along with this medication or not. Please suggest.
