Hello doc, today I done ecg due to pain in costochondritis area. 1 and half year back 2d echo and tmt came normal. Pulmonologist said normal ecg but ecg is showing borderline abnormal ecg. Is it normal ? Please help. Worried.

Chest pain occurs while climbing up stairs and subsides in sometime. I take metropolol and Telisartan to control my BP. I am overweight with BMI of 31-32. I had exercise stress echocardiogram which was completely normal and 15 days back I went for CTCA. Report is attached. What can be the problem. Still angina ?

Due to my anxiety I had continous palpitation I was travelling in plane and when there would be turbulence I would get scared and I would have palpitation and heart rate would go to 105 and right now after I spoke to a person loudly I was getting scared and anxiety hit me and my heart rate was around 145 bpm when I was speaking to that person it just lasted for around 10 sec and within 45 sec my heart rate came to normal around 70 bpm. I know I am having anxiety and due to this I suffer a lot and I got palpitation but my heart rate goes back to normal rate right now my heart rate is 70 bpm. I don't have any heart issue it's just that when I get nervous or fear I have palpitations. And not only this I have got palpitations many times due to this I did every test not only one time I did echo 8 times TMT 5 times ecg 32 times. Now I just want to ask is will this kind of thing anxiety affect heart my heart rate now is normal.

Please review the ECG and let me know if it's normal. I was asked to submit a zoomed image of the ECG.

Hello doctor, I took Lp(a) test when i had fever, cold and throat infection. And result came out be elevated Lp(a) i.e 63.8mg/dl. Does having infection affects test reaults?? I'm really worried about this result. Pls help me with this confusion.

Cholesterol 275 Triglycerides 289 HDL 44 LDL 173 VLDL 58 NON HDL 231 *uric acid 8.3 Please let me know if I need to start mediation for this. I am having mild pain in left side  ribs under arms and chest for last 6 month increased while pressing. , then it extends to left side neck and headache. Done ecg, TNT, full body profile check all ok , then doctor prescribed me indreal la 20 and I got relieved in neck and headache. But rib and chest was their, then doctor prescribed me Maxgalin M 75 and I got relieved in pain, but now again rib pain has started. I want to know what's the real issue and is taking Maxgalin M 75 has any side effects and permanent solution of my problem
