My BP when ch cked it is  90/60 . is it normal? I feel sleepy and tired also by heavy work Also blood sugar 84

My total cholesterol level is 244 and ldl is 173. I am getting palpitation while sleeping. Do i need medication or need to follow a diet.

No RWMA. Good LV-SYSTOLIC function. LVEF 65%. TYPE I DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION. ( E/e' 9.5). NORMAL LA, RA, RV. (TAPSE 20mm). TRIVIAL MR AND TR SEEN. NORMAL MORPHOLOGY OF VALVES. ESTIMATED PASP 30mm Hg. INTACT IAS/IVS. NO CLOT/ VEGETATION SEEN. NORMAL PERICARDIUM. IVC- 14mm shows >50% inspiratory collapse. Patient has hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Is her condition serious and is it reversible?

My mother aged 46 years weight 84 kg ECHO & ECG REPORT. Kindly look at the attached report. Right now she is taking Rosuvastatin 10mg and Olmezest 40 for High Blood Pressure. Please do recommend if any medication is required. I am really grateful to you. Her BP is normally at 140/80

Hi, I am 37 years old. I am vegeterian, never smoked , no alcohol but got heart attack on Nov 20th and then hospitalised in the hospital. It's found that there are blockeges in my heart artery. They put stent in one blockege. For others blockeges they said it will be control by medication. It's just been 3 weeks since stent in put but I still feel heaviness , tightness in my chest. Also having feeling that something is moving and pinching sometimes around chest and heart area. This is very uncomfortable for me. I am not able to focus on something. Can you pls help me on this. Is this normal post stent surgery or what can be issues? Are there more blockeges that is causing this? Or I have to live up with these issues? Pls suggest me what  should I do. I am currently in Canada.

Dr. Abhinav I saw ur answer for my question. I uploaded the remaining report of my grandfather. His bp becomes high spontaneously and at nights he gets cold chills starts trembling and suffers with high fever and eventually becomes normal. I want to know if needs to get admitted to a cardiologist and if his condition is normal or serious.

I have attached my my ecg report. Is thei normal or how. What does larged ptf v1 means. Is it anything to be worried about.

Is this report normal, serious or very serious? This report is of my grandfather. Do I need to admit him immediately to a doctor or shall I ask the doctor for medicines and take him to home.
