My ldl cholesterol level is 153,hdl is 43,total cholesterol level is 215,post covid i had a excess weight gain so done a random check and found ldl and total cholesterol is on higher side,my doc told to concentrate and be on proper diet,my question here, is peanut good for cholesterol?can i have it or should i avoid it?Also please suggest which food i can eat to reduce the ldl cholesterol.thank you

Hi Doctors, Almost for a last 1 year, i am living with fear of heart attack. During these period i have palpitation 4-5 times, i did 2 ecg, 2 echo, 2 chest xray and 1 tmt (8 mnth ago) everything was normal. No diabetics No thyroid Non smoker and non drinker No family history but BP 140+ LdL 140 (total cholesterol 192) Being overweight Doctors said, you have nothing to worry, only focus on control BP and LdL. Since all heart testing were normal, I still have fear of heart. My symptoms: Feel like sinking and floating Feeling wobble and fatigue during walking and sometime in even at rest Only worry in daily life and there is no excitement and enjoyment These feels only occurred during evening time to till sleep Can't do daily activities Please advise what is my problem? Do i need any other test? What should i do next? What may be the reason for my issues?

I feel pin kind of pain in the left side of the heart. My weight is 123 kg and height is 5.5 but cholesterol level is in normal range. What tests do I need to undergo to find if there is any issues in the heart like blockage or any other problems related to heart. Pls advice.

I have done my ECG,Echo, chest x-ray test 3 months ago.all are showing normal, SPO2 and pulse rate also normal. ECG diagnosis"Sinus tachycardia with sinus arrthymia",Low T wave(V6) .yet I am feeling left chest with left hand pain regularly since 7-8 months.what should I do please help?. hereby attaching my ECG and echo report. Hi sir, Sudden bad news hearing by an anxiety person with healthy heart leads to sudden cardiac arrest.

Went to doctor, a general physician, for feeling anxious and some kind of palpitations. Also for gas coming out more with bloating. Doctor took ECG and said normal. He said it's because of Gas and anxiety. He gave Ciplar LA40 and sompraz D. Let me share that ECG and can you please verify once for the values, since still I feel anxious sometimes? That qt, qtc, pr, qrsd values are normal only na? No need to worry about it right? Verified in internet, it shows QTc value in border line. Anything to worry about the values or everything is alright? All good about my heart right Sir? Nothing will happen to my heart right Sir?
