My age is 19years i am having severe pain near cartoid artery it's down of ear it's sharp i am worried about cartoid artery dissection plzzzzzzz help me doctor

From last 3 year i am feeling pain in left hand and shoulder limb pain ,in mean time i have repeated ECG a lot of time always it came normal,i was sure that it was due to cervical PID C5 C6 as i have diagnosed with pid in C5 C6 in 2019, but i am observing that from last 2 days my pain go away quite after taking ROZUCOR 10mg as doctor prescribed me for cholestrol and triglyceride , so want to know after taking stanin my pain is go away , the pain was due to heart or not
