Fluctuating bp with left ear and headach

Hi doctors, from last 1 week my bp is fluctuating sometimes its shows 140/90,134/94,167/110,123/89,128/91,I have pain in left ear,left side head above ear and diziness also,what should I do,I am going with stress problem,from last 2 days i have stopped salty and oily food,plus doing brisk walking for 30 mins,going through stress problem kindly suggest Thanks on advance
