Husband having pain in arm and shoulder and we got abnormal ECG which says borderline abnormal ECG attaching picture of ECG .

I am a 28 year old male. 6 ft height and 100 kilos. Since 3 months I have been having heart palpitations once in a while. 2-3 times a month. Palpitations are generally preceded by mild breathlessness. Also I feel mildly dizzy through out the day. And if I eat spicy food, I can hear my pulse on right ear. I have done ECG, ECHO 2D, blood tests like CBC TSH T4 Sugar, LFT, Kidney function, USG etc multiple times and every time the tests results have been normal. I feel helpless since all reports are fine and doctors say it's just stress. However I don't believe I am that stressed to have these symptoms. Can anyone throw some light on my condition and how it can be cured so that I can lead a normal and less tense life. Thanks.

My wife is 46 years old. Her BP stays at 140/80. She is taking Telma 20 in the morning. From last 4-5 days she is having headache when she gets up in the morning. Please help.

Hello I am 18 male and i have been having sharp shooting pains in chest that last for few secs and sometimes dull pains on left side of chest lasting for 2(min)-5(max)mins[i did post about this not awhile ago but nowadays i get dull pains too].I am attaching a photo of where it hurts.The sharp shooting pain is two dots and the dull pain is the big circle.Dull pain i had today came in morning i just woke up and i had dull chest pain for few mins it felt bad i got really anxious and thinking about it since.To clear things out i have cardiac tests except angiogram months ago coming back normal.I know i have asked the same question again but the dull pain is making more anxious i need help i try talking to docs and they ignore me calling it anxiety but sometimes my pains don't feel like Anxiety pains.help

My father recently got heart attack ..after few test doc said that multiple veins are blocked and recomend us for bypass surgery..my question is can we wait for 1 month for surgery to done or not?Is there any risk if we wait for 1 month ?

Hi, I have been encountering infrequent chest pains over the last 2-3 days. It's in the middle, a slight toward the left side. What could it be? Anxiety? And I've also been reading about myocarditis being a possible side effect of the vaccine. I've taken both my doses. I just want to clear that up. Thankyou.

Hi doctor, 2 days back i did tmt test and the result is normal stress test.. (tmt is negative for inducible ischemia) 102% heart rate reached. My question when i about to complete the tmt(i.e when i reached the 100% heart rate) i got mild and manageable dizziness which last for 2 minutes. After resting position i become better. (I can walk and move) And the entire day i got mild headache. Next day completely alright. Is it okay or i have any problem.. no other symptoms occurred. See the report and Pls advise.. Thanks.
