  4. Bp fluctuations. What's the reason. ?

I got my tmt ,ecg and blood test done for my heart and all came normal .still sometimes I get get my Bp checked and first reading is 150 /90 and after a minute when I get my Bp checked again it's 130 /90 ..this happened to me two three times ..please can someone tell what's the reason ..?

It's called white coat effect. Happens due to anxiety. If you have many fluctuations in BP then get an ABPM done
