He is suffering from high bp after covid. Got his ECG done which is normal . LVH is shown in echo report. What should be the inference and how it will be corrected.

LVH is because of hypertension. He needs medicines for BP. LVH is nothing to worry about but need aggressive BP control

LVH is Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, related to high BP. BP control and regular exercise will be sufficient.
