When I Started Taking Propranolol For Anxiety I Observed waveform(Images attached Below) changes Before That waveform used to be in a Proper Triangle without Dicrotic Notch General Physician Asked me to take Propranolol For Anxiety Palpitations But I Didn't feel welI so I Stopped Taking Propranolol(for Anxiety) 20 mg after 2 days On My Cardiologist Advice it's been 20+ days still my waveform hasn't returned to Normal Is this Ok ? What Should I Do Now

I am a 27 year old women, unmarried. Normally I am healthy but I have hypothyroidism since teenage. Since last 2 months I am experiencing high heart beat sometimes, I get palpilations. Sometimes I can see and feel my heart beating in my chest, stomach and neck regions. Generally even while resting is around 70 beats per minute, sometimes 80. This didnt use to happen before but recently started since 2 months. It is due to stress and anxiety? Because I have been under a lot of stress and anxiety since last 2 months due to some reason and when I think about that topic my heart beat rate generally increases. It is only due to high stress and anxiety? Or it can be due to any other reason. Please help I am really scared.

I am 17 i don't have high bp as a problem neither anyone in my family I just took my bp right now first it showed 130/95 I got scared so i took it again it went to 135/98 I took it again it said 139/98 Is 138/98 bp normal? I have horrible anxiety even while checking everytime i check my breathing changes i get tense alittle Help
