I can hear my heart beat when i am laying down..and the movement of my heart beat is visible through tshirt and in stomach also..at night when i try to sleep i feel like fear in chest and stomach what is the reason

It can be anxiety related or due to cardiac problems, non cardiac causes like anemia, thyrotoxicosis etc.
