Heart rate increase after a meal
Hello , my name is Aryan and my age is 24.
When I have a meal, my heart rate increase, it may be under 90.
Average resting heart rate is 65-72 and after meal it may increase to 90.
ECG and echo is done , they both are normal.
But I am anxious about this thing.
Should I visit gastroenterologist?

It's normal to have increased heart rate after meals and your is within normal limits. No need to consult anyone. Nothing to worry

After meals heart rate will increase slightly
Normal heart rate is between 60 to 100/ min
IF with in this considered to be normal
So u don't worry
