Heart rate increases.
My heart rate is getting increased in the morning after waking up and I'm facing stomach issues, have gases. Having back pain also. Similar thing happened in 2022 as well we did 2d echo but it was normal. It was diagnosed I've anxiety and for stomach we did USG it was normal too. Should I take tests again. Why can this happen??

How much does your heart rate increase ? If it's below 110, nothing to worry. If it's above that, need further evaluation. Everything could be explained by anxiety.
