Chest pain
Dear Sir, I have been suffering from persistent on and off chest pain and dizziness for quite some time 6-7 months. I have gone through Stress Echocardiogram which comes negative and recently in January I went through CTCA. The report for which is attached. It has also come negative according to reports. Then why this pain. Why does it mimic angina ? And secondly My CTCA doesn't show percentage type blockage 10-20-30%. It just says there is no oblivious plaque or blockage. Please guide.

Reports suggest that it is non cardiac pain. Stress echo and ctca both does not show any significant reason for cardiac pain. It could be musculoskeletal or gastrointestinal reason - kindly evaluate if reqd.
