I have chest pain for few months thus I did all the primary cardiac evaluations. ECG normal with Sinus tachycardia & TMT Negative. When I did 2D Echo at first it had finding of Mild Concentric LVH after a few days I again repeated 2D Echo but no mild concentric LVH was found to reconfirm I underwent 2D Echo at neutral diagnostic they too confirmed no mild concentric LVH was found. Is it possible that such a conflict of diagnosis can happen? Is my chest pain cardiac and are the above tests enough to rule out cardiac problems? I am a non smoker & non drinker.

Whenever I climb stairs my pluse rises n I can hear it ..my ecg is normal my resting heart rate is around 100 ..any natural way to strengthen the heart by food my iron level was low ...I have taken iron supplements for 3 months but still I m facing same symptoms .I can also feel my neck to ear muscles when I lie down ... just like nus phadakna...is all this curable in this life ...my natural means

Respected sir or mam. Plz tell me is eating soaked 2 anjeer .4 soaked almonds and 4 pistachio and green moong sprouts is good for heart health. And maintain a healthy blood pressure I just read and article about taking anjeer. Is it ok to soaked in night all together in a same container and can we eat all together in a empty stomach is it good for all health na plz let me knows ..

From past 3 months I have been experiencing dizziness and swaying feeling when Im in standing position and sitting position is this related to heart I have done couple of ecg all are normal I am scared pls help me

I have slight pain in my left side of chest heart and sometimes feel left arm weak .. sometimes I feel Little breathlessness ..I was previously diagnosed by sinus techy cardia ..is there any serious issue to worry about?

Today consulted doctor because I am feeling unwell for few days slight fever back pain and slightly elevated heart rate Doctor advised me to go for ECG and ECG reports days slight ST depression (v3) sino-artial block or marked sinus arrhythmia but doctor says my ECG is completely normal no need to worry. After heart attack we are going to hospital and continue treatment and doctor advise to bypass surgery

Now She is 45Kg Weight, Her Family had no heart related problems ( only father is 6 feet height), 2 years back had pre term 33 week child, From 2 years she is the only manage baby and family, Sep 2021 had first dose of covaxin after that she had some pain in left and backside of heart and some blood clot patches in body, contacting physician he said there is no problem this is infection only, after 1 week heart rate increased (around 130) suddenly one time, we go to another physician he told do blood test and blood test are normal. General physician told this is Gilbert syndrome take beta blockers life time ( metalour X-25), can we take or not (echo reports are enclosed), is any side effects from beta blockers for child and wife, is any alternative is there in ayurveda for lifetime medicine.

My heart rate is hig when I try to sleep it goes upto 117 per min and comes down to 70 but during sleep that pulse in chest makes me awake and then heart goes to normal rate after relaxaing I taken ECG and echo one year ago for this same issue but all are normal and doctor said it's due to anxiety I treated anxiety with a psychiatrist now iam not taking any medicine but now again this problem rising what to do pls guide me doctor
