Heart Problems & Remedies

I just measured my grandmother's bp, I have attached the results. Normally her bp remains high but today it was really high. She takes her medicines regularly but still her bp is high. Is there any problem? Few days ago her sister died I think because of her loss she is little stressed that's why her bp is high. Still I thought to asking a doctor will be good.

From yesterday onwards i have a mild chest pain on left side and today it increased and burning in nature on left breastbone and nearby areas , sometimes pierced pain  , so now I took one ecg , any problems related to heart Ecg attached ?

Please diagnose for hypo/hypertension, my brain seems to stop for some time. I have high heart beat usually the doctors pass it as 120|80 but I have seen readings as 130. Do i need a ambulatory monitor to be sure?

In report it is showing high cholesterol. Will it leads to any heart related issues. Please suggest.

My uncle just had a heart attack and we are in a different country then him, I just wanna know how long before someone survived a heart attack? Like he had a heart attack since 6 hours and he is in intensive care, does that mean it's not life threatening anymore? Thank you in advance

Im having pain in upper left chest , left shoulder and left hand from shoulder to fingers sometimes its a dull pain sometimes its worse .. its last for a day and more and it will gone by its own .. Note : 5 months before im done ECG , ECHO ,TMT - report is normal and lipid profile is normal Past 6 months having gastritis and GERD The pain is heart related or lungs related or any muscle related or gas related. Can i repeat the heart related tests or what is next step sir / madam

Can u see if this ekg okay ? today evening I suffered so much discomfort in my chest radiating to left arm, back, abdomen I went to ER where they did ekg which checked by heart doctor n normal. They sent back with acidity n anxiety drugs.. But back at home feeling worse like dying from heart attack so went to another hospital- again ecg done but not chek by cardio.. body shivering n tremors but no chills... Stomach upset like loose motions always due to IBS n GERD.. today eaten chocolates which are worst for GERD PLZ ADVISE IF I GO TO DONE TROPONINE? It's so expensive test. Can I avoid it ? I am suffering pain from last 2 months .My x-ray report normal PFT report-normal Blood test all profile -normal 2d-echo normal TMT-normal ECG found high blood pressure Report attached No gas problem cardiologist say it's not heart related issues. Pulmonologist say it's not lungs related issues Totally disappointed what to do don't know please suggest

I'm a 25 year old male. I have high blood pressure due to my sedentary lifestyle and fast food eating habits. My pressure stays at 138/90 - 150/100 mostly. I have been diagnosed with high pressure for over an year. I was told to do some lab tests. I have never been on any medications for high pressure. Do I need to take blood pressure reducing medications or can I make my situation better by doing lifestyle changes. I'm attaching my LFT report and Lipid profile report. My sugar seems to be normal, it read 78 mg/dL and my kidney test has also been done, UREA reads 28 mg/dL and CREATININE reads 0.93 mg/dL. I wish to know how grave is my situation and thanks in advance.
