Hi i am male 34. Today I checked my Bp and it was 100/150.is it too high because I don't have any bp issues this was the first time that it increases this much.yes my family have a history for the same. Now what I have to do is it too risky do I need to worried off.what precautions i have to take.can this be treatble without medicine by doing life modification kindlly let me know.i am not sure but my chalesteol is also high last time it was 160 and tryglcride was 116 my fasting sugar was 90 and hbaic was 5.6. yes i do smoke but i don't drink. My weight is 84 kg earlier it was 92 i reduced but this time in winters i am not doing any physical activity.ues my job is moreover standing job for 10 hours in a day so on my job in walk around 10 to 13 km per day.kindlly suggest I shared every thing with u.i live alone so my all food and all kind of foods comes from out side and some times I had a fear in my mind that any thing is going to happen with me eg heart attack or brain stroke etc.

Bp is 120/70, sugar both pp and fasting are normal, ecg is normal not sure why heart rate is between 100-110. Wbc is 14000, esr is 42. Dear sir/madam, please suggest what should be done.

This has been happening to me for some time now.  there is a very sharp pain in the left side of the chest and then it gets better and I also have shortness of breath.  Can't take the full deep breath. It's becoming too difficult to walk even .. feel breathless alot

Hello doc, today I done ecg due to pain in costochondritis area. 1 and half year back 2d echo and tmt came normal. Pulmonologist said normal ecg but ecg is showing borderline abnormal ecg. Is it normal ? Please help. Worried.
