Hlo! I had asked a query about chest pain in morning... chest discomfort radiating to my left arm sinxe 3 days. Unable to walk for long, do simple activities like bathing, walking coz pain. The night before felt an impending sense of doom. Today noon at ER ekg + echo done which is normal but doubt regarding blood work HIGH SENSITIVITY TROP I ( Hs TNI) = 0.01 ng/ml... and CK- MB = 20 ug/l Are these values despite being normal concerning as they r towards higher side esp CK-Mb whose upper cut off is 25? For someone like me who has chest pain are these two values pointing towards anything? I have been given complete cardiac clearance from my hospital and I believe on it but still my anxious mind needed more reassurance about these enzymes I hope it's all good and I can be at peace that the discomfort I had in past 2 days Wasnt my heart??

I often feel chest heaviness and pain in left chest when i am walking and pulled a heavyweight on left side. Besides this my ecg and echo and tmt was normal which done on in feb 2021 and echo done on june 2021. My age is 33 and bmi is 24. Daily follow the routine of 30 min walk. And my ldl chotestrol is 131 and total cholestrol is 198 and hdl is 49. And triglycerides is 89. am i ok.

Hi I am male 34 I have a history of smoking ... I don't drink regularly one or two peg in a year that's it. But I am a habitual smoker.my weight is 84 kg and height is 5.8. I reduced 7 kg ..in four months. My query is some time I feel pain in my chest area some time on right side some time on left side it's like a pin point chest pain for a sec and then goes off. O feel this very often.. secondly I had a pain in my left hands from few months some times in wrist area some time above elbow near to shoulder area. Recently i had a lipid test those are with in the limit my sugar and bp is also normal but hbaic 6.4. is it heart related issue.whixh i am facing. Some times I touch my heart bone middle part of bone I feel like pain is it normal or serious thing. Right now I was trying to sleep but suddenly feel like some one has putted warm rod inside my chest what is all these can some one clarify me... On this plz...

My Apple Watch has notified about low heart rate quite a few times when the heart rate goes below 40 while resting. This has always been early in the mornings like 5.30s 7.30s or 6.30 AMs and notified once I wake up saying my heart rate went below 40. I work out regularly and I am also a smoker averaging 1 cigarette per day. Please find yearly heart rate screenshot and example of an instant when it was low. Do let me know if this needs any immediate action.

From yesterday I have a light chest pain on my right side, please help in this. Pain is continous. Please suggest

Sir, Yesterday i was checked my blood pressure it is showing 130/100. Few days back i completed my 2d echo test during annual health checkup.In that tachy cardia and grade1 diastolic disfunction noticed rest of the report is normal. Pls suggest me any medical treatment is required. 2 months back my blood pressure is normal diring 15 days monitoring.

Is there any blockage?Echo and ecg were normal.Triglycerides high 313 ldl 62 hdl 41 .Tests were done due to shortness of breath while walking  and  chest pain on walking long distance. Hypertension is also there.Left hand pain is also present.Cervical osteophytic lipping is present in lower cervical vertebrae shown in x ray.Are there any blockage?...age 52 yrs female.Dr prescribed isosorbide mononitrate 30 mg,metopropol 50 mg 2 a day and atorvastatin 40 mg in night due to high cholesterol and triglycerides.But no or very less relief in hand pain even after taking isosorbide monitrate 30mg.Is there any blockage.

I am seeing inconsistency in my heart rate Suddenly it raises without any reason to 90-110 These are heart retes i observed Sleeping vary between  65-80 Resting 70-90 Under stress  90-110 When i climbed steps (ours 3rd floor ) 110-120 5min walk -100 30 hour walking avg 140(smart watch reading) 1 hour walk avg 165(smart watch reading) When i did skipping for 5min my heart was 140 Please let me know is this normal or obnormal by seeing all this i stopped excercise because it leads to my heart speed raises Thanks Arun Age 32

Today my BP is 135/110 ( at hospital by doctor) and 140/102 a by digital machine.  Taking Eritel LN 40 and Concor 2.5. BP being checked due to headache and slight blurrness in vision. Could not see my regular doctor for a weekand visited the nearby clinic and they advised to take Telma H 40/12.5 morning and Concor 2.5 mg at night for 7 days and consult the regular physician whom I see. Kindly seeking some suggestions.
