Lower lvef %
My mother of 66 yrs had breathing issue suddenly . Ecg, echo was done last month  and lvef was 29 %. In yesterday checkup, C Mri was done and lvef has fallen down to 23 % . Doc has advised digoxin, dytor plus and ecosprin for 2 weeks now .he said surgery is difficult as muscles are weak,  survival is only on Medicines and can collapse anytime . Please suggest any option and if these Medicines would improve the situation. Attaching C Mri report also

Surgery will be very high risk and won't benefit much. I suggest continue optimal medicines. Overall long term survival is not good
