Blood test for plaque growth in coronary
Hello sir/mam.I want to know what type of blood test can detect growth of plaque in coronary artery. As of now he is asymptomatic and doesn't have any issues. But i m scared what if this leads to heart attack all of a sudden without warning,so as to evaluate the cases of future emergency, what type of blood tests other than lipid profile can detect the player growth/decrease in coronary artery so to decrease future risks of heart attack/failure/stroke.Can I person with unstable angina, hypertensive, CAD,DM 2 get heart attack all of a sudden even though he doesn't experience any symptoms? I have attached the report of angiography and echocardiography. Please do tell me😓

You have already done angiography which is the gold standard to detect plaques. Yes a patient with these risk factors can develop heart attack but if he takes medicines regularly and control all risk factors then the chances of heart attack are significantly reduced
