While doing the gym in the left chest I felt gas passing and yesterday I felt mild left chest pain and it became normal I made tmt it was normal only what is the reason for this

I am suffering with atrial fibrillation and grave hyperthyroid for 14 months. I have been taking blood thinner eliquis 5mg twice a day. This tablet is very expansive. I was advised that i can change from eliquis 5 mg twice a day to rivarox 15 mg once day. Is Rivarox as effective as eliquis?

Am mother of two kids Breastfeeding a younger one. Am physically good. Recently after my ENT surgery I tend to spit lot of mucus n I have migraine headaches other than this I don't have any issues.. For past one month often am getting palpitations. Feel like my heart is beating very fastly. Whenever I get this feeling feverish internally. After these feeling nervous n chills. During this I checked my oximeter It is showing Spo is 99 all the time and other one is changing from 80 to 95. Pls help me what I can do to reduce my palpitations. Please

It's been 6 weeks post covid suffering from palpitations whole day with gaps and high bP150/90, 80 to 100 bpm, sometimes below 60 bpm, Palpitations is it dangerous? On ivabrad 5mg, nexitoplus 5mg, adviced holter monter, what am I going through, will I be pre covid normal again? Or shud suffer the issue for ever? In Covid I was suffering shortness of breath, used seroflo 250 no wheezing no cough, after 14 days of covid started palpitation sometime breathless, diziness some time upper left chest pain, mild left hand pain, I had history of sinus and asthma

Helli Doctor. Im suffering from sudden heart palpitation, numbness in both hands and arms and sweating which last around 30 minutes more or less. After doing 7-8 ECG all was normal and 2 ECOs normal as well. But once i got this kind of panic disorder my.mind says that ECG and ECOs are not accurate i have a heart issue or heart attack. Is that right that ecg and ecco and all blood tests are not accurate ? Am on escitalopram 10 mg and clomipramine hydroclride since 10 days but still suffering from this attacks!

I am having jerk like pain in cartoid artery region had ECG cartoid artery Doppler now it was fine does this mean i don't have dissection or i have to go for further tests

4 months before while walking in market i felt much tired ,unable to walk more ,climb steps, and some discomfort in below chest with inflammation ( what i am feeling) so i contacted Dr.he did angiogram and found myocardial bridge and he said its a mild bridge and no other treatment for this and prescribed some tabs, but even after taking medicine i not get well...so contacted Dr.in NH and he did Stress MRI and it's shows normal and he also prescribed some tablets which r now i am taking... But before that problem i became unconscious while urinating 3 times.. I have acidity problem also. Till also i can't walk more and climb steps and feeling tired, discomfort in below chest...so please clarify this problem is by MB or any other cause..
