I have undergo ECG and i have attached my reports. I wanted to severity of this conditions. I wanted to know if this can improve with time with medication. What is the best treatment possible for this?

My wife (age 45) is taking Telma 20 twice a day for bp control. Her feet keep swelled all the day. Is it due to this medicine? If yes, then which other medicine is best for this?

I have been on etizola beta 0.25 mg for 5 months ( 3 months regular and 2 months on alternate day). After that doctor prescribed me ciplar la 20. Recently i started feeling very much tiredness and got an anxiety attack. After that doctor again prescribed me etizola beta 0.25 mg for 10 days, but I am still feeling on edge, tiredness and shaking ( but on manageable term). Is it normal to feel?? Or should I change my go?

Hi Doctors I noticed high bpm around 180-185 while cycling Is this really safe to drive cycle. I experience heart paliptation so I stopped cycling. Please suggest a way. I took ECG,ECHO,Troponin and stress test everything normal While stress test achieved max heart rate 180 Need your advice

My age is 31 years old and couple of weeks ago I discovered that I have high S triglycerides (239) and currently I am taking Stator F 10mg on doctor's prescription  .. I have left sided chest pain for past 30 days. Full body checkup revealed ECG elevation in the AVL lead on 2 consecutive tests. My physician advised to take Echo test and it came out normal. The doctor said it is normal. I also consulted a Cardiologist who advised to take TMT test which turned out to be normal. He mentioned the pain doesn't appear to be cardiac. I am still worried if there is any underlying concerns that could be causing this. Other key points: 1. Lipid profile normal 2. Chest XRay shows that I have bronchitis. I have no cough at the moment. 3. Vitamin D3 deficiency has been found 4. I recovered from Covid in Jan'22 Please advise.

How to differentiate normal chest pain from angina pain?? Is angina pain more like a heart attack which will subside in 3 to 4 minutes?? Is pins and needles which lasts roughly under 1 minute dangerous??
