Hii Is ECG with PR 102 normal ? I am also attaching ECG with it. Please consult. Can we go for cataract surgery ?

My bpm is between 60 t0 70 at resting..bp is 120/90 and ecg is also normal..i sense my heart beat when i am laying down..also i can see my chest moveing and stomach moveing with heart beat when laying down.no any other symptoms ...what is reason..pls suggest any treatment

Im using topical minoxidil 5% for the past 3-4 years for my androgenetic alopecia. But for the past few days I'm experiencing low BP symptoms. How to eliminate topical minoxidil from our body? Any specific medicine available? Stopping minoxidil will cause my hair to shed. Pls advice on this

Hi doctor. Thank you for reading and responding to this. Today morning while taking my blood samples for Vitamjn D and B12 test the Phlebotomist said my blood is very thick. He said it's not a good sign and I should go for additional test to identify the problem. It did take a while for the tube to fill up with blood. Should I be worried and go for further tests? I was diagnosed with covid last year and didn't require hospitalisation. I am non diabetic. My Cholesterol level has always been on the border Please suggest. Thank you

Hi i am male of 27 years i smoke and drink from last 3 years daily, I did my blood test in which platelets was low, B12 is low, Ldl 135, TG 350, Total cholestrol 279, hscrp 6, GGT 355, Sgpt 68, SGOT 60, Ferritin serum 580, Is this dangerous? I catch allergies sometime eye and skin frequently from last 3 months, I am taking Statins 10 mg a day B12 injections Tab Urocosol 400 mg twice a day I feel like i will die soon, Not able to think clearly, i feel sudden episode of spinning and unbalance, I went for stress echo/TMT 7months back it came normal and went 3-4 ecgs all came normal, I really dont know what is being happening with me. Tell me please is this a dangerous markers? Can i have attack soon? From last 3 days i am feeling pain in left arm, left elbow and chest even at rest.

My mother recently suffered a ischemic stroke but thank god she has recovered and having no major impairment except a bit speaking difficulty which the doc said will improve within few days she is currently on concor 2.5 mg aspirin 150mg xyrol 10mg and atorvastatin 80mg plus alprazolam 0.125mg and paroxetine 12.5 mg for anxiety. She was already taking concor 5 since suffering a TIA attack 8 months back despite taking regular medicine she suffered stroke and the cause of stroke has been said to be arrhythmia. I want to know what is the best treatment option? And given her age only 52 what are the prognosis she is not having any other illnesses like bp or diabetes i am attaching the reports of MRI AND ECHO

Few years my cholesterol levels goes High , now i will think to reduce it by medicine , test triglycerides-340 (range 40-150)  and VLDL-68(range 6-35) and also chol/HDl ratio 4.9(range0-4)  showing test level high , please suggest
