Skipped heart beat
Sir
I am hypertensive and on triolmesar 40. I also have sinus tachycardia.
My job is to give presentation to audiance.
While giving presentation I noticed skipped heart beat sometimes followed by coughing.
Kindly advise.

It is normal to have some skipped beats.
These beats are called VPCs ventricular ectopics or Atrial ectopic beats APCs .
However ecg is needed to confirm this.
