Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
If your ECG and ECHO are normal, then you need not worry about the heart health so much. Just follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
When heart skips a beat, it doesn't mean the heart stops. It just means that it gets delayed a bit which is fine if its occasional.
If its happening very regularly, then you need to get concerned and consult a cardiologist for further management.
