Iam 49 years old and high bp patient, recently done 2d echo IVS-20MM PWD-19MM EF -60% All others are normal range Valves are mitral valve thickened All others normal All great arteries are normal Chambers Concentric lvh+ All others are normal Final diagnosis Concentric lvh+ Mild mitral valve reurgitation No RWMA No EFFUSION, NO clots what the above report says can i do my regular activities, jog, swimming ,cycling etc iam very active Doctor gave bp medication and my bp is normal now
