2d echocardiogram
My friend is 51 years age, high bp patient Recently his 2d echo done IVS-21MM PWD-20mm EF-56% Others are normal Valves Mitral valve lightly thickened All others are normal Chambers Concentric lvh+ All others are normal All arteries are normal Final diagnosis CONCENTRIC LVH+ GRADE 2 LVDD NO RWMA NO EFFUSION, NO CLOTS MILD MR doctor gave ace, ccb, bb tablets to regress lvh Iam very active and my BP is controlled now 130/82, iam active do all my regular activities cycling,brisk walk. Is the above report is ok can i do my regular activities and i didn't understand about my IVS-21MM , PWD 20mm
