Hi My triglycerides level is 239 , height 5'10 weight 88 . I am currently on Medication Stator F I walk for 25-30 mins daily and cycle for 10-15 mins daily ..I am a vegetarian and currently not following Any strict diet . What else can be changed implemented in lifestyle. ( Food habits etc )

Hello doc, after dinner I walked for a while and after sometime when I sat down I felt mild sweating, body weakness, lightheaded and small blisters on fingers. I checked blood pressure one day before it is normal. I use to feel sometimes this problem. I also done echo, tmt and ecg 2 years back all came to normal. And recent ecg's are also normal. I don't know what's happening to my body. Is anything related to heart?? Or it's anxiety and stress issue? Should I repeat heart evaluation again? What are the additional vitamin tests I have to do?? please suggest and please help...

I am facing chest heaviness and back chest pain from past 10-15 days.i am having grade 2fatty liver and from past one year.but this problem is coming recently. Back chest is happening all day Please suggest.thankyou

I tested positive for Covid 6 week back. I could observe my HB is increased (approx 95-105) even when I am not active. I was in bed rest for almost a month during this time. My HB rate prior COVID would be around 70-85 range. Is it normal and if I start workout slowly will it be reduced?

I am 22 years old suffering from chest pains Started from 27th January 2022 i did my blood test and chest xray on 21st feb, did my 2d echo on 5th march., latest ecg on 17th March all the test came back normal but still the pain is not gone and it aggrevates during night when I sleep and the sternum pains 24 hrs , I am unable to understand the reason the pain accompanies eith headache, sweating (sometimes) stomach ache nasal pain, arm pain it scares me if I am having some major or my life is in danger, I consulted doctors they said nothing to worry but the pain doesn't go, I request you to help me here by 1. Why does the pain doesn't go? What causes it 2. The test i performed do they have a valid period which i cam take as an assurance 3. When Am i suppose to consider it as an emergency and rush I am underweight, i don't smoke i dont have diabeties or cholesterol issues Request you to guide me, thank you!

Heart pain in middle person, she is not eating in Perporly . Eating time the heart will be pain. I will check the cardiology dr but he will not found this disease. Dr list to not share.

I am 22 years old having a lot of chest pains accompanied by head aches back pain stomach ache dizziness it all started on 27th january and its still, and am unable to sleep because os the pain it all stared from 27th January i did my blood chest xray ob 21st feb which came to be normal later on 5th  March I did my 2d echo which was also normal i did my ecg yesterday that came normal, if it panic or anxiety, please let ne know when to worry if it's an actually emergency

I have got anxiety attack and doctor prescribed me etizola beta 0.25 mg with some vitamin for 10 days. Before that i was taking ciplar la 20 for same. Recently i started getting so much trouble during poop. I feel tensed head during poop and after finishing I feel lightheaded , shallow breathing and tiredness. Why this happens? I am so worried for my heart health.

Dear sir My father age 55 generally he will do regular check up for diabetic and high boat private mbbs doctor diabetic specialist hospital. Earlier he used to go at government hospital for taking montly medicine sudden he was change to Provate clinic due to COVID cases at markets and to avoid que lines . But now again he want to go at government hospital today he went and carried some medicines they given him Amlodipine 5mg Telma h 40mg Metformin 500 mg But my concern is the tablets us very small looks whether it will work or not to control bp and diabetic pls advice. And why government tablets looks very small pls tell clarity compare to private medicine 💊 Attached government tablet pic. Which tablets is best pls advice

My father went through 2 angioplasty within 6 month- Oct'21 and Feb'22. Post angioplasty he have episodes of feeling palpitation, dizziness and breathlessness every few days. After this episodes he feels weak and dry mouth for 1-2 days. Doctor saying no heart related issue as done various test even post ops and prescribed medicine for stress release and body fluid but still get these episodes. Also consulted GP and he also prescribed medicine QVAST and BQUIT to have body settle down with stent and feel more energetic. What could be the reason and any recommendations. His BP though remains normal and Oxygen too. Sometimes BP gets low at 115/59. Doctor also suggested to increase little salt intake and take fluid.
