What are the causes of palpitations other than heart problems? My ecg , 2d echo, cbc, thyroid and vit d3 is normal. Still I get palpitations randomly at anytime also I feel fatigue and body pain.

What can be the side effect of ciplar La 20...i had been taken from last 40 days...docter prescribed me more 30days...but today i feel tired after washing my car i feel that i want to sit immedialely...feel light headache...that was gone after some rest..then i drive for 15km...for ceremony there i feel restless and there also feel light headache..now while driving the car i feel dizzi for micro sec...is there due to acidiy? Or side effect of ciplar....pls suggest me...

Hi Doctors I have anxiety disorder since Pandemic Due to that my BP rises till 140/100. Took metasartan 25 and stopped it as per doctor advice. All my TMT, ECHO,ECG, Troponin were normal. Randomly checked my BP 2 weeks back for 4 days where it shows 130/84, 102/82,124/85 and 120/82.took this after stopping BP tablets. Is it normal and I'm fine . Please suggest. TSH -2 Lipid total 197,LDL 124, Triglycerides-244,HDL-37. No family history of cardiac related issues . And every elder in the family is very healthy and survival rate is more than 70

Dr since one year I was suffering from head ache and consulted general physician they said I have migrain and started taking betacap tab but my issue was same and later I did master checkup and ecg and echo scan. And met cardialogy ecg normal and echo all normal only Dr said it's grade 1 dialastic dysfunction. And I have bp 140/100 and Dr suggest me to take prolonet 50 5 mg. I underwent a heart surgery to close the hole in the heart. It's been 6 weeks. At 4th week i felt normal and energetic so that I cn do normal activities and went for walks. From past 2 days i have been feeling extremely tired and sleepy all the time. My BP is normal. I m unable to do normal Activities and cnt get up from bed and feels like sleeping all time I got my 2d echo done yesterday and Pericardial effusion has been detected. The cardiologist said that it is mild. The measurements are 05mm anterior, 09mm posterior, 06mm apical and Basel, 09mm medial. Could you please help me what is the solution to drain the extra fluid around the heart. I am on Dytor 5mg once a day, Embeta 12.5 mg once a day and ecosprin once a day Please advice. What could be the probable cause of weakness and tiredness. I want to be normal and get back to work asap

Its started on 28 th jan night. I woke up because my 6 month old was crying. After tat i put him to sleep and i couldn't sleep by 2am i suddenly feel palpitation with chills in my left chest radiates to left hand,pain mild sweat msy be i didnt use AC tat night. Next day ECHO also normal, doc gave me tablets for BP Muscle spasm. said i dont have any heart issue for now and said may be this anxiety. I took medicine as precribed. After tat several episodes i got when i get tensed or worried or skip a meal Yesterday my symptoms started in the morning like i didnt eat breakfast wen i was working.
