Fatigue, chest pain, light headness
Having chest pain and left arm pain since july last year, fatigue and weakness... Had tested for b12, and d3 vitamin, Ecg, tmt and echo. Found deficiency of b12 and ecg, tmt, and echo was normal as cardiac doc. Said.
Than did b12 treatment by injection and tablet... And got good result than...
But now since 15 days feeling weakness, get tired in some steps of running...feeling chest pinched pain in chest and mild ache in left shoulder...
Please help. What should i do
