Heart Problems & Remedies

This might be a stupid question. I wanted to know whether taking a beta blocker before ecg can mask/hide signals of a heart attack.

I am experiencing continuous dizziness, light-headedness and mild edema on my whole body. Even my hands and feet are also cooler than usual. 2D echo is normal showing LVEF 60%. NT Pro BNP is 102. I am literally unable to perform my daily activities because of the dizziness. What would be the reason? How to diagnose now?

Normal 2D Echo and normal NT PRO BNP can evaluate heart failure??? Can heart failure remain hidden after these tests result if appearing normal? Any other tests for hear failure?

I am taking corbis 2.5 for hypertension previously was 130/90.. now 106/70 and started working out 2 months ago... I'm on a strict 1600 calorie diet and noticed low energy levels then I was suggested to take creatine for better muscle strength and recovery.. is this advisable for someone with hypertension.. also I've lost 6 kilos in the last 2 months

Male 30- using minoxidil5% for the past 3 years. But recently started to get faster heart beat while sleeping, lying down. Donno how to handle it. But I wanted to continue using minoxidil as stopping it wil cause hair loss. Any medicine available to counter this side effects??.
