I feel my pulse when i keep leg one over another..what is the reason..i feel my pulse in my hand i think or head i dont understand where when i keep palms under my head...what is the reason

From past few days, I am having chest pain and left arm pain. I have done ecg, echo and tmt. All reports are normal. Is it chest angina??? Or any other pain??? One doctor prescribed propranolol. What is the reason for that???

Hello Dr. Since 15 days, i am experiencing edema on feet, legs, hands and face. I also feel heaviness in the same. I am hypertensive since 9 years and on CIPLAR 20(Plain Ciplar not LA) and Telsartan 20 once a day. Before these symptoms started, i was started experiencing irregular/rapid heartbeats for 6 to 7 days. Then these symptoms started. Later, I visited to a cardiologist. He ordered to get my ECG and 2D echo done. Both are normal. LVEF is 60%. nt-proBNP level is 27pg/L. But still when i start normal daily activities, swelling occur with severe shortness of breath. Kidney Function and Liver Function are also normal. (Point to be noted, swelling and shortness of breath prominently occur as soon as even if i start simple simple activities like walking from one room to other room in home) 2D Echo Report is attached. CT Pulmonary Angiogram is attached.

I feel my own heart beat when i am laying down...at the rate of 72 bpm..my hand also move with it when i am holding the mobile and head also move normally.it is quite irritating and my chest and stomach also move with it..what is the reason? Sir it will be 2 months since covid came to me.  Chest pain left hand pulling neck pain from 1 month No sleep, 5 times ecg is normal, I consulted a md medicine doctor.  Does not decrease.  There is so much fear.   chest pain is reduced but pulling at the elbow in the left hand.  Comes with left shoulder pain. Troponin 0.04, blood test normal, no sugur.

Help me out of these reports and i am feeling some breath issues and sleeplessness anxiety it effecting my day to day life
