Heart Problems & Remedies

Pain in chest and left arm on mild exertion since 3 days, she is HTN and DIABETIC patient, her bp is always stable but not the sugar. Also ECG AND ECHO are normal. Since these medicines have been prescribed to her but got no relevant relief. Pls advice what else could be done apart from angiography followed by angioplasty. Above mentioned medicines have produced more side effects than any relief. Headache, nausea, weakness, dizziness etc.

Doctor, My mother is suffering from cold and cough also wheezing(if cough persist). Please doctor tell us any syrup for cough so that she will feel comfortable and relief. Also she undergone stent procedure five months before and she is having bp and diabetes tablets. Thank you.

I am 33 yrs old female. Height 165cms and weight 64kgs.  I am having chest and upper back pain.. when i lie down, i could feel sharp pain. if i sir straight or walk i don't feel pain at all. It's like something stuck on my throat and whenevr i swallow my saliva, the pain goes to center of the chest and radiates to ride side chest and upper back...i also feel like passing stools when I get this pain and burp frequently during pain. If I keenly observe the pain is actually at my back(right side) & radiates to chest . Is it related to heart?

Sir I feel heart beat in my neck, palms,above nosetightness, sometimes in head and other muscles too nd sometimes it's visible too. Is there any issue with heart or its just anxiety??
