Sir/madam i have left chest pain since 12 months feeling having heart attack... in 12 months to i cunsulted 10 general doctors and 5 cardiologist all are says not heart prblm but pain comes every day and every time 2 months back tmt negative, 2 months back 2d echo normal, 20 ecg normal, recently yesterday ecg also normal expect high heart rate this is only hospital in return to home my heart beat normal i did t g chest x ray normal 2.high sensitive trophinin normal 3.renal function test normal 3.sugar test normal, 4.high bp high 150/100 5.tmt negative 6.ecg normal (weekly once i done ecg now 25 ecgs completed) all are nrml 7.thyroid function test recently done that was also normal 8.5 months back lipid profile normal

Take Betacap TR 40 At morning, and Before dinner Take Newcita Plus And Oleanz 5 , Once day mistake Newcita plus Right Side Back Pain And arm. My Question Can I increase Betacap Tr40 To Betacap 60

I feel difficulty in breathing whole day since 2 months. And from 1 month I feels like hot inside body especially inside the head and burning sensation in eyes. Muscle and joint pain all over the body. And pain in jaw and backside of neck, these symptoms arises at 11 am and subsides at 6pm. In this time period temperature is about 99.7 to 99.9 And after 6 pm I feel hotness in my hands and excessive sweating in palms and face even at 22 degree Celcius temperature in environment. And my heart beats raise upto 130bpm even at rest and suddenly falls down to below 60bpm when I feel feverish. And my thyroid function test and CRP, ESR,CBC etc blood test are normal and urine routine test are normal, random blood sugar are normal. I can't do my normal activities I feel tired soon. even I can't study properly. Doctor please can you suggest me what may be the problem.

Hello doctor,I have taken multiple Ecg for the high heart rate and difficulty in the chest region also earlier taken many ECG earlier, Echo was taken 8 months backand tmt was taken 6 months back, is my ecg are fine are I need repeat tmt and echo again. Please advise and I am very much worried whether I have any issues.

My heartbeats used to be generally between 90-100 but from last few days it is between 100-120. Sometimes it will be below 100 as well. My echo is normal. My doctor initially suggested to take propsan 40 whenever there is increase in heartbeat. I have anxiety issue as well. Should I take propsan 40 daily if my heartbeats are on higher side. Also can I stop this medicine after consulting doctor once my heartbeats are normal or this medicine needs to be taken even though my heartbeats become normal in future.

Ecg and echo attached which is taken 3 days before..is there any problem in the report.as i am having wheezing from last week and also 3 days before bp shoot up upto 150 /100 along with shortness of breath so admitted in hospital and bp reduced after 4 hrs..now cough is not subsided even after taking medicine..is it heart related.

Hello , I was having some general anxiety symptoms like wrist pain, tightness in left side chest so I have done ECG, it says Normal Sinus Rhythm but longitudinal left axis deviation and my BP was 130/90. Kindly find attached ECG report and let me know whether it's normal or do i need to take any action.
