Cardiophobia
I am facing Cardiophobia anxiety disorder since last year, after covid.
Done all investigation(ecg , tmt,echo) at that time and all were normal as cardiologist said.
But anxiety about having some issue in my heart is still in my mind, and it is troubling my life daily.
My question is that, is Cardiophobia can cause heart attack or any heart issue.
Or it is just my fear.
