Hi - I have seen my heart rate drops to 41-45 while sleeping. I'm on ivabradine 5mg twice a day. My heart rate during the day is around 85-90 and 105-110 while walking. This is after taking Ivabradine, started taking this as heart rate reached 150 with minimal exertion. Is sleeping heart ok?

Pulse rate below 60 recently

Hello doctor! My resting pulse rate (sitting) is going below 60 off-late (1 Week). Lowest pulse this week was 40, average this week 54-58. Resting pulse used be around 62-64 usually. I don't have any other symptoms as such. Does it require any investigation? Please advise.
