At 10:30Am today i was washing my car and cleaning...my heart rate goes up upto 110 and now its come down now....is that ok.? Or anything wrong here? Here is my ecg also

Dear Doctors, my father is 76 years old now and he  was diagnosed with triple vessel coronary artery disease with lmca disease 3 years before. He had angioplasty procedure to keep stent in one of the major artery block and cardiologist advised to mange the other 2 100% blocks via medical management. Unfortunately after the angioplasty procedure his kidney got affected and his creatine level was 1.6. Till now, almost 3 years almost he managed his creatine level 1.6-1.8 by following strict diet. Recently the cardiologist changed the medicine to improve his heart function. He was given Isolazine and his blood pressure got increased and one of his legs got swollen. Not sure if the fluid retention is because of kidney or heart issue. Is Isolazine safe for kidney patients? Should it be stopped? He has taken the medicine for four months now. Please advise. Hello doctor, My mother had undergone a breast removal post diagnosis of breast cancer in 2017 . She was given a Herclon / herceptin with 13 doses in year 2018. She is taking eltroxin 125 mg and has asthma. Recently in her yearly checks she was diagnosed with a condition -" Traces of Pericardial effusion noted" iner echo reports( report attached) Her ECG shows normal. I just wanted to check whether is this worrisome? Please advise sir. Thanks

My wife has been diagnosed with Severe MR just after 2 days of C-section.She was having breathing problems extra fluid accumulated in her lungs. doctor has advised us for valve replacement surgery.i want to know is this operation safe and can my wife lead a normal life after this surgery..also what will be her life expectancy after surgery.. please help me to understand all this.

My chest feels heavy and it makes me really uncomfortable. I always tend to press it and sometimes popping sound comes. It's been a year since that after I was covid+. I did all the tests like ECG, ECHO, D-dimer, TNI, BNP, MYO, CK-MB. I did ECG thrice. I also did Chest X ray and PFT but everything came normal. It's been a year. What to do now?
