Heart Problems & Remedies

Hello doctor, i am on telsartan 20 + ciplar 20, both once in the morning since 9 yrs. I have hypertension and palpitation problem since then. But before a month ago my doctor stopped my ciplar and adviced to take Metpure XL 25 mg once a day. I took that tablet along with telsartan 20 both once in the morning for around 20days. When i started taking metpure xl 25 i started feeling very lethargic, and lost my appetite. So i stopped taking metpure xl 25 and shifted back to my previous ciplar 20. But, as soon as i stopped metpure xl 25, i started feeling too much palpitations with shortness of breath. My face, hands and feet have started swelling. Hence i visited to dr. He did ECG + Echo. Both are normal. Kidney and liver function tests are also normal. But swelling feet hands and face is there along with palpitations and shortness of breath.

Is there sinus tachycardia in ecg..when i am at home my heart rate is around 70 to 84...but at hospital during ecg it get incresed...

My father has gas related problems for many years. We have done ultrasound as well as ECG. But we are unable to understand the root cause or the exact problem. Please find the attached reports and give ur suggestions as soon as possible.

I have been diagnosed with anxiety for last 9 months and taking anti anxiety medicine with decreasing doses as prescribed by doctor. But 10 days ago I got Panic attack. Then again My doctor prescribed me with etizola beta 0.25 mg for 10 days. First five days with double dose then single dose. After 5 days i started taking single dose. First five days i was able to manage the withdrawal symptoms. I was taking the medicine at evening time in my single dose. But from two days i need to take medicine at morning time , as my symptoms worsen these time. Should I increase my dose. Also I am going to change my go so not going to ask him again. And next doctor will be available on Monday, i need help for these two days.

Hi my tmt ecg echo all are normal but I feel I have chest pain I don't no what to do almost 20 times ecg done but all are normal only.....

Attachment shows the list of tablets my mother is taking for blood pressure. Newly added tablet is ALDACTONE 25 mg. For last two months she is getting on and off giddiness and that too predominantly during the evening time after 5-6 pm. She is able to get up in the morning , cook, do some household works but when the day progress she is feeling giddiness. No afternoon sleeping and night sleep from 11-4 am even after taking 1.5 mg restill tablet . Some one pls advise Thank you doctor

Dear doctor My mother is a high bp patient she is on medication like tsart trio 6.25 more 2 years. But now her bp is continuously in increasing manner like she has bp 160/110. I am very worry about her. I have done her echo in last feb. Which i have enclosed with it.

Could you please evaluate my father's ECG report which is attached ? Please give suggestion based on that. Currently, he does not having any chest pain or something like that. He has depression currently  and he had brain stroke 1.5 years back.
