Breathing and chest pressure

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I am having normal nazal breathing but i often have the urge to take deep breaths through mouth which causes alot of pressure on the left side of the chest few times while laying down i had fast heart beat and i have gone to the doctor but i can't get ans my xrays are done echo is done and i have attached my ecg as well please can u tell me is the ecg normal in the report it says sinus arrhythmia and incomplete right bundle branch block ...please anyone help me It feels like the air is not able to pass through the throat... Please is my ecg normal?
