Please tell me is the attached report is ok or not..?? Is there anything to worry about especially the regurgitation?? Please help

Hi sir, I am using concar am 2.5 since 1 year because of high BP issue after covid in April 2021 , my bp was 155/100, 150/90 at that time for 3,4 days, then cardiologist prescribed this medicine, sll reports were normal, including echo, ecg, blood sugar and lipid profile after taking this medicine my bp reading is normal 120/70 till now, doctor said to continue this medicine recently, can i continue this medicine for long time as already 1 year happened am taking concar am 2.5. Please suggest

Breathelssness, coughing and unable to sleep or eat. Sputum pinkish, isolating alone and no interaction, anger. No symptoms of chest tightness or pain. Just breathlessness and then high fever came for few days before leg swelling. Still no signs of pain displayed. Finaly sudden breathlessness and person collapsed due to arrest. Avoided seeing cardiologist. How can he not know the symptoms or pain, can't he feel pain atall? Sugar and high by were not stable

I was thinking of getting 2d echo for my chest pain but I also have pulsating in my stomach..2d scan is done in abdomen to check a abdomen arota? ....or do I have to do ct scan for stomach also? Me havingleft chest pain from 2 weeks and pulsating in my stomach ..I have high bp also ..please advice

I'm taking antipsychotic drugs for several years. Due to the long term usage of these drugs i suspect that I have cardiovascular disease. When I googled about this these medicines can create cardiovascular disease my ECG results are normal. What kind of diet should I follow and how to deal with these side effects because,I'm still under medication.

While on bed Before sleep I've bite my tongue at the back I'm not sure how. What can be the cause of that?

In janavary first done high sensitive trophonin normal... 10 days back thyroid test normal Sugar test normal Today done ecg I atttached  pic 6 months back lipid prof normal Still left upper back pain, left hand pain ... Hello doc, am having left breast bone I.e left sternum pain from so 3 years and 2 years back I done echo, tmt and ecg all are normal. And after whenever I do ecg it comes normal. Am also experiencing left one side pain near shoulder blade. What the actual problem is ?? Whom should I consult??? It's not even going what to do please help...

Had this ecg done today as I was feeling very dizzy... It's written that it's normal sinus rhytm which is fine but in qtc it's written as 455 ms which is prolonged.. I had an ecg just 3 days ago n that time qtc written is 401 ms which is perfect! Why n how can it rise? Is it cause of concern as I am feeling dizzy n palpiations ? Plz check it once

Yesterday I had pre syncope.. Gotup from Sleep at 4 am n went to urinate. After I was done felt very uneasy..ears rang loudly, face cold, tightness in chest n stomach.. I felt I was unable to walk n vision blurry.. rushed outside room then sudden cramp in stomach n went to washroom to pass stools. After that I got normal n went to sleep.. Ecg done today is normal... No personal/family history of cardiac event.... I am on antidepressant sizodon since 10 days for ocd Today whole day I felt tired n dizzy n on walking drowsy.. can u tell me what cud be the reason? Is this cardiac related??
