Iam high bp bp patient and 50 years female recently done echo IVS-20MM PWD-19mm EF-60% All others are normal Valves Mitral valve thickened All others normal Chambers Concentric Left ventricular hypertrophy Others normal Final diagnosis Concentric lvh+ Grade 1 lvdd Mild MR No RWMA No EFFUSION no clots Doctor gave bp medication now my bp is normal(132/87mmhg) Can i continue my exercise, daily i will lift 10kg bundles to reduce my weight
