Pain and Burning sensation near heart
My S triglycerides is. 239 for which. I am taking Stator F regularly,
My ECG. And Treadmill. Test. Were normal
But still I feel pain around heart and left arm and burning sensation near heart.
What could it be ?

Burning sensation around heart can be gastritis
However having left arm pain along with gastritis needs evaluation
If your cholesterol levels are high specifically LDL cholesterol level you will need to repeat the TMT test .
