S . triglycerides High
My age is 31 years old and couple of weeks ago I discovered that I have high S triglycerides (239) and currently I am taking Stator F 10mg on doctor's prescription .. I am worried and anxious on how long can I live ..is the risk high..
I currently walk for 30 mins daily and bicycle for 10-15 mins daily .. and have stopped consuming Milk and Nonveg

Please don't worry. You will have normal lifespan like others. Continue regular exercise and well balanced diet along with medicines.
