My brother's age 45 has high BP problem. Initially took telmisartan 40 mg, now reduced to 20 mg and BP is somewhat controlled with this medicine. But, yesterday night during sleep his BP was low and went down to 70/40. Is it normal? or should be consulted with doctor on this issue? Thank you for your kind suggestion.

Hi I am 43 yrs old male went for echo cardio test due to complain of chest pain where I was diagnosed with grade 1 dystolic dysfunction and my BP was 124/94 and what I am observing from my daily bp monitoring is my daily bp for systolic pressure is always in the range of 120 to 126 where as my dystolic pressure is always above 90 to 96 max. I was also having LDL cholesterol above borderline for which I am taking roseday 10mg from past 4 to 5 months. My question is do I need any medication for my BP ? And is there anything to worry about grade 1 dystolic dysfunction does it progress? Thanks

I am noticing a lot of varicose veins on my legs. The region becomes hard at times. I didn't have any pain or burning sensation in those areas. What is the treatment for that? Do I need to leave it as it is?

Hi, I am facing tightness under my chest whenever I sit on my laptop for long time for work. From 4-5 days whenever I sneeze i feel minor chest pain in middle of the chest. I sneeze a lot from 4-5 days. I generally play badminton but from last one month I stopped playing badminton and due to this my weight got increased. Now i start playing badminton again. I have done my ECG last two months back and doctor said it was normal as i have caused gas issue due to anxiety and given pantid d tablet and it got fine after that. Can anyone suggest what is the problem? Is it heart issue or some other??

Should I be concerned? BP 110-120/90+. I am currently suffering from food poisoning. I am having fever and severe stomach ache.
